Our client is a well-established, trusted and fully regulated forex trading broker. For their team in Limassol, they are currently looking to recruit a Head of Compliance. The successful candidate must have at least 2 years’ experience as a Compliance Officer within a CIF Company and holder of CySEC Advanced certificate.   • Assessing and ongoing monitoring of the constant compliance of the company with all applicable regulatory and legislative provisions
  • Ability to deal with all licences the company holds; CySEC, ASIC and FCA
  • Assist in obtaining new licenses in other jurisdictions
  • Assisting in obtaining an EMI license
  • Researching and providing efficient information on other regulators or any EMI processes and procedures
  • Managing day-to day operations of the AML/CFT function, including regular monitoring and assessment of the effective implementation of the internal AML/CFT policies and procedures
  • Preparing the training and educating material to be sent to the staff of the Company in respect with the AML/CFT function according to the Law
  • Ensuring that the company continues to remain in compliance with the regulations
  • Providing assistance to the Head of Compliance for all compliance related matters
•             Degree in Law, Business or any other relevant filed
•             At least 2 years’ experience as a Compliance Officer within a CIF Company
•             CySEC Advanced Certificate is a must
•             Fluent in English is a must
•             Experience with EMIs is a major advantage
•             Experience with licensing in other jurisdictions is a must
•             Experience with compliance in other offshore jurisdictions and regulators
•             Knowledge of legal requirements and controls
•             Familiarity with industry practices and professional standards
•             Excellent communication skills
•             Integrity and professional ethics
•             Teamwork skills
•             Attention to detail
