A rapidly expanding international company with offices in multiple global locations are looking to recruit a Head of Compliance & AML for their Larnaca based team. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 4 years’ experience in Compliance with comprehensive AML knowledge. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Oversee the Compliance and AML functions in multiple jurisdictions.

Serve as the registered AML/Compliance Officer with the relevant authorities.

Manage the subordinate team.

Ensure company compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

Develop, maintain, and update compliance and AML manuals, policies, and procedures.

Maintain a good understanding of the relevant regulatory requirements and provide advice and guidance to the various departments.

Prepare and submit reports for the board of directors and relevant regulators.

Support the management of the company in AML and compliance-related issues.

CANDIDATE PROFILE

A graduate of Law or Economics.

A minimum of 4 years previous experience in Regulatory and AML reporting.

Knowledge of AML & KYC procedures.

Previous experience in a leadership role.

Ability to create relevant procedures and processes

Fluent knowledge of the English language (written & spoken). Knowledge of the Greek language will be considered an advantage.

MS Office literacy (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

A team player with effective time management skill.
