The successful candidate must have previous experience as a content manager within the financial industry. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Lead the content team, overseeing content creation, curation, and strategy for all channels including our website, blog, social media, and marketing materials

Craft and implement a comprehensive content strategy that aligns with business objectives and market trends

Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to create synergistic content initiatives

Manage content schedules, editorial calendars, and content workflows

Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and regulatory changes to inform content strategy

Ensure all content is on-brand, consistent in terms of style, quality, and tone of voice, and optimized for search and user experience

Monitor market trends and provide insights on content best practices and innovations within the industry

Analyze content performance metrics to inform strategy adjustments and report on content ROI

Mentor and develop the content team, setting performance goals and guiding career progression
CANDIDATE PROFILE
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Journalism, Communications, or related field
- Proven experience in a senior content management role, in the financial services industry
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing content teams
- Exceptional writing, editing, and verbal communication skills
- Deep understanding of content marketing strategy, SEO, and digital marketing trends
- Extensive knowledge of financial markets
- Proficient in using content management systems and analytics tools
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
