On behalf of our Client, a well-established Company with International operations, GRS Recruitment are seeking to recruit a Head of Corporate / Assistant Managing Director to be based in Larnaca. If you have the necessary skills and experience, then GRS are looking forward to receiving your CV for this Head of Corporate / Assistant Managing Director role.
MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Manage and supervise the daily operations of corporate, trust, and fund administration services.
  • Ensure that all services are delivered in compliance with regulatory standards set by CySEC.
  • Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to improve efficiency and service quality.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop teams across various functions within the organization.
  • Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
  • Conduct performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to team members.
  • Assist the MD in formulating and executing the company's strategic plan.
  • Identify opportunities for growth and expansion within the corporate, trust, and fund administration sectors.
  • Support the MD in stakeholder engagement, including investors, clients, and regulatory bodies.
  • Ensure adherence to all regulatory requirements, including those outlined by CySEC and other relevant authorities.
  • Monitor and assess operational risks, implementing mitigation strategies as necessary.
  • Liaise with compliance and legal departments to ensure proper governance and risk management practices.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  • Address client inquiries and concerns, ensuring high levels of service and satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with business development teams to support client acquisition and retention strategies.
  • Assist in budget preparation and financial reporting for the department.
  • Monitor financial performance against budget and implement corrective actions as needed.
  • Analyze financial metrics to inform decision-making and operational improvements.
  • Prepare regular reports on operational performance, compliance, and strategic initiatives for the MD and the Board.
  • Communicate effectively with all levels of the organization to ensure alignment and transparency.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 10-12 years’ experience in corporate, trust, and fund administration services, with at least 5 years in a managerial role.
  • In-depth knowledge and understanding of regulatory requirements and compliance issues related to CySEC. 
  • Leadership Skills: Proven leadership abilities with experience in team management and development.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; fluency of Greek is an advantage.
  • Ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
  • Full-time position based in Cyprus.
  • Occasional travel may be required for client meetings or industry events.
