The successful candidate must have at least 10 years’ experience as a Corporate Lawyer with the ability to manage a team of Junior Lawyers. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Review and draft agreements and Articles of Association

Draft minutes, power of attorneys, resolution depending on clients’ needs

Advise clients on any legal matter, mergers and acquisitions

Communicate with clients directly and respond to any legal requests
-
Prepare, review and negotiate on various corporate documents such as M&AA, Resolutions etc.

Handling all matters around Corporate Law

Manage a team of Junior Corporate Lawyers

Provide legal opinion
CANDIDATE PROFILE
-
University Degree in Law
-
Must be a Member of the Cyprus Bar Association
-
Must have at least 10+ years’ experience as a Corporate Lawyer

Excellent knowledge of corporate matters
-
Ability to communicate with clients and fulfil their requirements
-
Excellent communication skills in both Greek and English
-
Ability to multitask and work under pressure to meet tight deadlines
