GRS Recruitment are partnering with a leading iGaming operator seeking an experienced and highly data-driven Head of CRM to take full ownership of their customer lifecycle strategy and execution in Limassol. This is a key senior role with direct impact on retention, player value, and long-term revenue growth. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Own and lead the end-to-end CRM strategy across email, SMS, and push channels
- Take full responsibility for the player lifecycle journey (FTD → activation → retention → reactivation)
- Design, build, and optimise automated CRM journeys using Customer.io
- Lead advanced segmentation, personalisation, and bonus/offer strategy optimisation
- Continuously improve campaign performance through A/B testing, data analysis, and KPI tracking
- Drive measurable improvements in:
- Player retention
- Customer Lifetime Value (LTV)
- Conversion rates
- Bonus efficiency & cost optimisation
- Collaborate closely with VIP, BI/Data, Product, and Payments teams to align CRM strategy with wider business goals
- Identify opportunities to scale CRM performance through innovation, automation, and improved customer insights
CANDIDATE PROFILE
- 6+ years CRM experience within iGaming (online casino and/or sportsbook)
- Proven experience in a Head of CRM / CRM Lead / Senior CRM Manager role
- Strong hands-on expertise with Customer.io –
- Proven track record of driving retention, engagement, and revenue growth through CRM strategies
- Deep understanding of player behaviour, segmentation, and lifecycle marketing in iGaming
- Highly analytical mindset with strong KPI ownership and performance focus
- Fluent in English is a must and any additional EU language is an advantage
