On behalf of our client, a Media company in Limassol , is seeking a Head of Customer Lifecycle & Marketing Operations. Our client is seeking a senior marketing leader to drive customer lifecycle strategy, commercial performance and marketing operations across its international portfolio. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead customer lifecycle, CRM and marketing operations strategy.
- Drive initiatives focused on customer retention, engagement, monetisation and lifetime value.
- Turn customer and acquisition data into actionable commercial insights.
- Develop segmentation, personalisation and automated customer journeys.
- Oversee attribution, reporting, A/B testing and conversion optimisation.
- Identify opportunities to leverage AI and advanced analytics to improve targeting and marketing efficiency.
- Work closely with Data, Product, CRM, Acquisition teams and external partners to deliver commercial objectives.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
- Senior-level experience in CRM, lifecycle marketing, marketing operations or a related commercial function.
- Strong analytical and data-driven approach with a focus on measurable commercial outcomes.
- Experience with customer segmentation, automation, personalisation and experimentation.
- Strong stakeholder management and strategic leadership skills.
- Experience operating across international markets is highly desirable
SALARY AND BENEFITS
- €50,000 - €80,000 Gross Per Annum
- Salary will be determined based on experience, qualifications, and skills. The advertised salary range is indicative, any offer will reflect the successful candidate’s suitability.
