On behalf of our client, an established Forex Broker with offices in Limassol and international offices in Australia, we are looking to recruit Head of Dealing. The successful candidate will have previous experience in a managerial Dealing role within the Forex industry as well as the ability to monitor and supervise teams of professionals. Lastly, the candidate must hold the CySEC Advanced Certificate. This is an amazing opportunity to work in a company who believes in long lasting relationships.
MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
General Duties

Assist in the creation and incorporation of internal operational procedures
-
Assisting in the creation and maintenance of Account Terms, execution policies, conflicts of interests, risk disclosures and other policies and documents as required by the company

Assistance to VIP clients regarding Market news and trends
-
Updating colleagues from other departments about ongoing market conditions, client queries and products
-
Training staff across the business
-
Adhering to all company policies and procedures
-
Helping other areas of the business, as appropriate
-
Identifying and solving client’s abusive trading strategies and fraudulent activities
-
Generating reports for Management, Brokerage and Trading Desk and Regulatory authority
-
Working with Developers and IT to automate processes
-
Address internal/external trade support queries
Supervisor Duties
-
Setup and implementation of KPI policy and framework for the trading desk department
-
Completing probation and annual reviews
-
Recruitment of new employees and ensuring optimal staffing levels
-
Reporting trading desk performance to the Directors, board, and risk committee
-
Helping other areas of the business, as appropriate including all requests from the Directors
-
Creating and sending department’s weekly report to management
-
Creating and delivering department’s monthly report
-
Escalating complex cases to management as and when required

Oversight of the trading operation aspects of the business
CANDIDATE PROFILE
-
Degree in Business, Finance, Risk Management or any other relevant field
-
At least 4 years in a managerial dealing role within the FX industry
-
Experience within the FX industry in Risk or Dealing
-
CySEC Advanced Holder is a must
-
Experience with reporting
-
Ability to manage teams of professionals
-
Ability to work under pressure
-
Fluency in English
-
In depth knowledge of the financial services/forex industry
