A long-standing CySEC regulated company operating in the Forex industry is working in close partnership with GRS Recruitment to hire a Head of Dealing for their Limassol based team. The successful candidate must have previous working experience in this position and field.   • Developing trading policies and procedures for the department
  • Developing and implementing effective methods of detection and remediation of trading fraud
  • Monitoring company’s exposure: FX, CFDs trading portfolio, ensuring the company is within approved limits, policies, and procedures
  • Collaborate with the Risk Management Department
  • Monitoring and ensuring the smooth and correct operation of the company’s systems and trading platforms.
  • Providing key parties with daily trading statistics
  • Creating and maintaining close relationships with Partners
  • Prepare reports for the Management.
  • Managing the set-up and configurations on all Company’s trading platforms
  • Hand-on experience with bridge providers, configuration, and monitoring,
  • Obtaining FX pricing from Liquidity providers, monitoring margin levels at LPs, ensure that orders placed at LP do not stop-out and hedging works effectively.
  • Review spreads, commissions
  • Facilitate swaps and corporate actions as required.
  • Identify and respond to any possible fraudulent/abusive trading activity or suspicious activity.
  • Responsible for recruitment, training, assigning tasks, scheduling shifts and coaching of team.
  • Hands-on and available to work shift if needed.
  • University Degree in Economics, Finance, Mathematics or in other related fields
  • Holder of CySEC Advance Certificate.
  • A minimum of 5 years in dealing is a must.
  • Extensive knowledge of trading systems, Platforms and CFDs.
  • Fluency in English, both written and verbal.
  • Very good numerical and analytical skills
  • Team player and proactive individual
  • Experience with equities will be considered as a huge advantage.
