MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Manage relationship with Liquidity Providers

In-depth knowledge of MetaTrader (MT4 and MT5)

Extensive knowledge of Bridge Providers (FXCubic, OneZero, and PrimeXM)

Clearing Counterparties and Technology Vendors
-
Spearhead the integration of trade notifications and Straight-Through-Processing as well as Direct-Market-Access systems into the platform

Arrange and monitor credit lines with clients and clearing counterparties
-
Supervise the daily bank-reconciliations between the Clients Trading-Platforms and bank accounts
-
Develop company’s institutional CFD & FX offering, manage and co-ordinate institutional client on boarding

Implement central clearing and multi-party arrangements and documentation for institutional clients and counterparties

Drafting and updating departmental policies, procedures and manuals

Any other duties as assigned by Management
CANDIDATE PROFILE

Proven work experience as a Head of Brokerage

Previous working experience in similar position

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English

Integrity and professionalism

In-depth understanding of regulatory requirements and compliance standards in the forex industry

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Experience in overseeing trading, settlement, and reporting systems

High attention to detail
-
Multitask and organised under pressure
