MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Oversight of the trading operation aspects of the business.

Lead the dealing team to achieve the objectives of the department.

Responsible for implementing the internal procedures for the dealing team.

Monitor the reception and transmission of orders to ensure proper execution.
-
Make sure that trade execution follows the company’s execution policy.
-
Implement and help to enhance risk management policies and procedures.
-
Communicate with LPs and bridges providers to ensure the best pricing and execution.
-
Propose enhancements in terms of automatic monitoring solutions.
-
Implement new systems and configuration updates to enhance trading operations.
-
Creating and sending the department’s weekly report to management.
-
Creating and delivering department’s monthly report.
-
Recruitment of new team members and ensuring optimal staffing levels.
-
Assist in the training of relevant staff to ensure continuing competence.

Control the trade processing to the clearing firm accurately and efficiently and liaise with them to resolve any trade discrepancies.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
-
Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar position.
-
Minimum 6 years’ experience in the CFDs industry.
-
Fluent with MT4/MT5 platforms (DC, failover, access, backup & server configurations).

Good knowledge of FIX bridges (FXCubic, PrimeXM, OneZero etc..).
-
MT5 certification will be considered an advantage.

Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Fluent in the English language.
