GRS are currently working with a well-established Forex company who are looking to recruit a Head of Dealing to join their team in Limassol offices. You will be responsible for managing client accounts relating to trading activities and directly report to the CEO. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Reevaluating client accounts upon requests relating to trading activity and/or platform performance and providing resolution for such inquiries.

Implement and maintain robust risk management practices, including monitoring exposure, managing liquidity, and ensuring adherence to risk limits.

Proficiency in using trading platforms MT4/MT5

Keeping up to date with market information
-
Ability to work under pressure and to meet deadlines

Build and maintain strong commercial relationships with liquidity providers and other external partners.

Collaborate with sales and client relationship teams
-
Oversee the use and development of trading systems and platforms.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
-
Proven experience in a similar role.

Fluency in English (verbal and written)

Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office
