On behalf of our client, a service provider company based in Limassol, GRS ae seeking a Head of HR. The successful candidate will have at least 5 years’ experience in a similar managerial role within the financial services industry. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Develop, implement, and monitor local HR strategies, systems, procedures, policies, and initiatives in line with the global HR strategy

Closely manage and coordinate with the HR team in order to set up internal processes related to Recruitment and make sure of the policy awareness within the company

Responsible for the training and coaching of the HR team
-
Manage the entire HR process, including hiring, onboarding, and development in accordance with the company’s policies
-
Resolving conflicts by maintaining a positive and professional mediation
-
Conducting interviews and exit interviews, when necessary
-
Conducting performance appraisals and remuneration reviews in collaboration with the line managers
-
Liaise with tax and legal specialists and external partners on HR related matters
-
Creating and maintaining recruitment reports, and any other HR related reports
-
Handling disciplinary and termination procedures, if required
-
Maintaining employee and workplace privacy
CANDIDATE PROFILE
-
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology or in any other relevant degree. Master’s degree will be considered an advantage

5+ years of previous working experience in a similar Managerial role, preferably within the Financial Services Industry

Fluency in English, both written and verbal.

Excellent command of Microsoft Office (ie Word, Excel, etc)

Knowledge of HR management systems

Ability to work in a fast-paced and challenging environment

Self-motivated and capable to work on own initiative
