On behalf of our client, a service provider company based in Limassol, GRS ae seeking a Head of HR. The successful candidate will have at least 5 years’ experience in a similar managerial role within the financial services industry. If you are interested in joining a fast growing company with room for development, then please send us your CV for this Limassol based Head of HR role. 
MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Develop, implement, and monitor local HR strategies, systems, procedures, policies, and initiatives in line with the global HR strategy
  • Closely manage and coordinate with the HR team in order to set up internal processes related to Recruitment and make sure of the policy awareness within the company
  • Responsible for the training and coaching of the HR team
  • Manage the entire HR process, including hiring, onboarding, and development in accordance with the company’s policies
  • Resolving conflicts by maintaining a positive and professional mediation
  • Conducting interviews and exit interviews, when necessary
  • Conducting performance appraisals and remuneration reviews in collaboration with the line managers
  • Liaise with tax and legal specialists and external partners on HR related matters
  • Creating and maintaining recruitment reports, and any other HR related reports
  • Handling disciplinary and termination procedures, if required
  • Maintaining employee and workplace privacy
CANDIDATE PROFILE
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology or in any other relevant degree.  Master’s degree will be considered an advantage
  • 5+ years of previous working experience in a similar Managerial role, preferably within the Financial Services Industry
  • Fluency in English, both written and verbal.
  • Excellent command of Microsoft Office (ie Word, Excel, etc) 
  • Knowledge of HR management systems
  • Professionalism and integrity of character
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and challenging environment
  • Self-motivated and capable to work on own initiative
