GRS Recruitment is working with an expanding payment solution company located in central Limassol. They are currently seeking an accomplished Head of Human Resources to lead their HR team. The selected candidate will work closely with senior leadership to synchronize HR strategies with organizational goals and objectives, cultivate a positive work culture, and guarantee adherence to employment laws and regulations. In this position, the Head of HR will be responsible for supervising the development and execution of HR policies, procedures, and programs to efficiently manage the organization's human capital. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive people strategy that supports the company’s growth and long-term objectives.
  • Oversee the recruitment and selection process, ensuring the organization attracts and retains top talent.
  • Develop and implement strategies for talent management, including employee development, succession planning, and performance management.
  • Drive initiatives to enhance employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention.
  • Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and programs to promote a positive work environment and ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
  • Handle employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievances.
  • Stay abreast of changes in employment laws and regulations and ensure organizational compliance.
  • Promote and reinforce the company’s values and culture through effective communication and initiatives that foster a positive work environment.
  • Lead efforts related to organizational design, change management, and succession planning.
  • Manage HR operations, including compensation and benefits administration, compliance with labor laws and HR systems.
  • Develop and implement training and development programs to enhance employee skills and competencies.
  • Identify training needs and collaborate with managers to design and deliver effective training initiatives.
  • Utilize HR data and analytics to make informed decisions, track HR metrics, and support data-driven insights.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
  • Educated to Bachelor’s degree level or the equivalent in Human Resources or a related field.
  • In-depth knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to develop and implement HR strategies that support organizational goals.
  • Experience managing talent acquisition, employee relations, compensation and benefits, and HR administration.
  • Proven experience in senior HR leadership roles.
  • Strong understanding of HR best practices, labour laws and industry trends.
  • Excellent leadership, communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive cultural change and foster a divers and inclusive workplace.
  • Experience in talent acquisition, development and employee engagement.
  • Proficiency in HR software and systems.
