MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Develop and execute group HR plans aligned with the overall business objectives of each sector within the group.

Provide professional leadership, support, and development to the HR team, ensuring adherence to relevant law and best practice.

Transform and strengthen the organizational culture, ensuring alignment with company values.

Strategize the development of effective employment policies across the group.

Design and implement HR policies and procedures that comply with local regulations and promote a positive work culture.

Oversee core areas of the HR department, including Recruitment, General Administration, Employee Engagement & Retention, Training & Development, Reward and Recognition.

Manage employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions when necessary.

Drive continuous improvement to enhance efficiency and automation in the internal processes by harnessing technology.

Develop and execute a plan for diversity, equity, and inclusion that creates a welcoming and inclusive workplace for all employees.

Regularly coach, mentor, and support senior colleagues to identify individual strengths and development needs.

Ensure HR managers are skilled and enabled to manage workforce issues effectively.

Collaborate with senior management to provide HR insights and support strategic decision making.
CANDIDATE PROFILE

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in human resources management or related field.

Proven experience in HR leadership roles

Strong leadership and strategic thinking abilities.

Fluency in English

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.

Data-driven decision-making skills.
