GRS are representing a Group of Companies which are leading experts in the IT/Gaming and Marketing industries with main activities relating to investing and enhancing in the technological world. For their offices in Limassol, we are seeking to recruit for a dynamic individual to assume the position of Head of Legal Department to assist with the development and organization of the legal department as well as the Group. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Drafting and reviewing various types of legal documents and agreements mainly commercial agreements (Marketing/IO/T&C/License Agreements), and corporate agreements (Share Purchasing agreements/NDA/Service Agreements)
  • Review of legal opinions and advice on corporate, commercial, technology and investment issues
  • Review new regulations and advice on how these are affecting the company’s operations
  • Conduct legal research on various topics and liaise with outsourced law firms and/or associates in order to acquire relevant information.
  • Undertake due diligence of Cypriot and/or International entities.
  • Ad-hoc projects assigned
CANDIDATE PROFILE
  • Holder of a Law degree
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant post qualification experience in Corporate, Commercial and IP Law is essential; experience in an online gaming company shall be considered an advantage
  • Familiar with Gaming and Data Protection applicable legislation
  • Excellent command of English written and verbal
  • Outstanding organizational and team working skills
  • Computer literate
  • Ability to prioritize and manage several activities simultaneously
  • Capable to lead meetings attended by the Executives of the group advice in relation to ongoing and future endeavors
  • High sense of professionalism, able to work on his/her own initiative and coordinate with colleagues
