MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Corporate Finance for the injection of new equity, new Shares, subordinated loans

Financial reports in line with the activities of the companies, belonging to the shareholder
-
Performing checks of existing calculations, budgets, financial models
-
Issues related to accounting and audit of the companies
-
Control, accounting and audit of expenses of the shareholders assistants
-
Preparation of reports for the shareholder, including personal expenses structure and corresponding analysis

Other ad-hoc tasks in the financial field

Overview tax matters

Liaise with various external providers (e.g. Banks, Auditors, providers, processors etc.)

Supervise monthly management accounts for companies under common shareholder

Steered legal activity and agreements with clients, media providers, operational providers, and employee. Suggested management in negotiations and commercial agreements.

Provide legal representation and support/overseeing legal matters
-
Lead complex legal projects that span legal, business, and functional boundaries (e.g., cross geographies, subject matter areas, jurisdictions, organizations, and business models)

Provide counsel to staff in all departments on a variety of complex issues. Identify, research, and analyze legal issues that affect the Organization and its activities at the local, state, federal and international levels associated with the Organization’s activities, ongoing operations, and strategic initiatives
CANDIDATE PROFILE

Solid experience in a senior financial managerial position with a proven record of success

Educated to Bachelor's Degree or the equivalent in Accounting, Finance, or related field

Experience in Corporate management, international financial organizations

Strong analytical skills and demonstrated ability to understand complex legal concepts and analysis

Strong project management skills with attention to detail and accuracy
-
Comfort with ambiguity and the ability to work through challenging situations international experience

Results oriented and metrics driven
-
Fluent in both Russian and English is a must for this role
