visionary, results-driven Head of Marketing to lead the strategy and growth of a global Events division. This is a high-impact leadership role where you’ll shape brand positioning, launch innovative campaigns, and scale internationally recognised events to new heights.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Marketing Strategy & Brand
- Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with business growth goals.
- Define clear event communication strategies and compelling brand messaging.
- Safeguard and strengthen brand positioning across all channels.
Digital & Demand Generation
- Drive digital, social, and performance marketing strategies to increase acquisition, engagement, and retention.
- Leverage analytics and data-driven insights to optimize performance and ROI.
- Oversee collaboration with internal creative and marketing teams to deliver impactful campaigns.
Event Marketing Excellence
- Partner with creative and production teams to deliver standout event themes, websites, and campaigns that maximize attendance and visibility.
Budgeting & Performance
- Own and manage marketing budgets with a strong focus on ROI.
- Report on KPIs and performance metrics to executive stakeholders.
Market Intelligence
- Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify trends, risks, and growth opportunities.
- Use insights to refine strategy and maintain competitive advantage.
Team Leadership & Collaboration
- Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing marketing team.
- Foster a culture of ownership, innovation, and accountability.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, operations, tech, and experience teams to align strategy and execution.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
- Extensive experience in marketing, including 3–5 years in a senior leadership role.
- Proven track record of driving growth and achieving measurable KPIs.
- Strong expertise in digital and traditional marketing.
- Strategic mindset backed by strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills.
- Exceptional communication and leadership abilities.
- Experience in the FinTech industry is a strong advantage
