MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Define and create region-specific marketing strategies

Develop and implement demand and lead-generation marketing & rollout plans for different regions

Launch marketing campaigns

Assess the results of a marketing campaign & optimize for better performance

Compose written content relating to trading financial instruments varying from news updates to educational material

Actively looking and managing public relations to ensure corporate communication is brand-consistent throughout all channels used by company's group

Measuring, tracking and reporting KPIs and campaign metrics to analyse their success

Carry out market research during new region penetration stage, in respect to each country’s ethics, culture, customs, etc.

Assist in the ongoing marketing activities as well as support other teams as necessary

Stay on top of current motion graphics trends and best practices
CANDIDATE PROFILE
-
Degree in a marketing, advertising, communications or a business-related field
-
Previous experience in the Marketing field in a senior position ideally in management
-
Previous experience within the FX/CFD Industry is a must for this role

Solid knowledge of marketing analytics and metrics features
-
Strong digital marketing skills

Strong management skills
-
Good communication and interpersonal skills

Highly organised and ability to multitask

Fluent in English
