MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Develop and implement marketing strategies: Create and execute a comprehensive marketing plan that aligns with business objectives, focusing on customer acquisition, retention, and brand positioning.

Brand management: Lead brand-building initiatives to strengthen the company’s identity and enhance visibility in key markets, ensuring consistent messaging across all channels.

Digital marketing leadership: Oversee all digital marketing efforts, including SEO, PPC, affiliate marketing, content marketing, social media, and email campaigns to drive traffic and conversions.

Market research and competitive analysis: Conduct market research and analyze industry trends, customer behavior, and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities.

Campaign management: Plan, execute, and manage marketing campaigns across multiple channels, ensuring they are on budget, on time, and meeting key performance metrics.

Partnerships and sponsorships: Identify and develop strategic partnerships, collaborations, and sponsorships to increase brand exposure and attract new customers.

Data-driven decision making: Use analytics to measure the success of marketing efforts, continuously optimizing campaigns for better performance and ROI.

Team leadership and development: Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing marketing team, ensuring collaboration and alignment with other departments such as sales and product.

Budget management: Manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources across all marketing initiatives while maximizing impact.

Collaboration with product and sales teams: Work closely with the product development and sales teams to ensure marketing efforts are aligned with the company’s overall business strategy and product offerings.

Industry events and representation: Represent the company at relevant industry events, conferences, and trade shows to enhance networking opportunities and promote the brand.
CANDIDATE PROFILE

Professional experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in a senior marketing role, preferably within the iGaming or technology sectors.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. A Master’s degree or relevant marketing certifications (e.g., CIM) is a plus.

Industry expertise: Deep understanding of the iGaming industry, including market dynamics, customer segments, and regulatory requirements.

Digital marketing skills: Expertise in digital marketing strategies, including SEO, PPC, content marketing, and data analytics, with a proven track record of driving customer acquisition.

Leadership: Strong leadership skills with experience managing and developing marketing teams.

Analytical mindset: Ability to analyze data and metrics to inform marketing decisions and optimize performance.
