A Russian holding company specialising in Financial Services, are working with GRS to recruit a Head of Office for their Limassol offices. The successful candidate will be a Russian speaking Lawyer with a competent understanding of Corporate Administration. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Draft and review of corporate documents (Minutes of the Board of Directors; Special resolutions; Power of Attorneys, etc.).
- Keep all corporate files in order.
- Prepare and submit forms to RoC authorities, review and amendment of M&A, provision of KYC information.
- Negotiate with financial institutions – opening of bank accounts, amend and re-negotiate agreements as appropriate.
- Liaison with brokers and various investment funds.
- Any other administrative functions that may be required.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
- A university graduate of Law.
- A minimum of 3 years previous experience as a Lawyer or Corporate Administrator.
- Fluent in both Russian and English.
- Eligible to work in the EU without permit.
