MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Organizing and managing workloads

Supporting and assisting with all departments as required

Prepare monthly reports for Partner performance

Working with the teams to ensure KPIs are met

Acquisition of new partners
-
Relationship management for new and existing partners to build loyalty

Assist with the on-boarding of new partners and clients via live chat, telephone and email
-
Continual due diligence and monitoring of partners and money managers
-
Educate clients on the Company’s platforms, trading products, account opening/deposit/withdrawal procedures
CANDIDATE PROFILE
-
Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in Forex industry in a sales/support or similar role

Fluent in English language is a must
-
Strong negotiation and pitching skills

Proficient in Ms Office and especially Excel

Ability to work on deadlines
-
High level of professionalism and personal integrity
-
Able to work on weekly shift pattern (8:00-16:00, 16:00-12:00)
