GRS Recruitment are working with a fast paced and growing Financial Technology Company who are searching for a Head of Partners to join their expanding team in Limassol. The successful candidate must have at least 3 years of work experience in senior position within forex, fintech or the financial industry.   • Develop an in-depth knowledge of the company’s products to identify strategic opportunities.
  • Needs to have an establish relationships within various crypto protocols and blockchain ecosystem.
  • Develop new relationships with crypto ecosystem, influencers, and affiliates.
  • Develop, coordinate, and implement plans designed to increase existing business and capture new opportunities.
  • Identify new potential business opportunities and present them to the upper management.
  • Follow up on leads for prospective partners.
  • Establish and maintain good business relationships with new partners to grow business.
  • Procure new partners through direct contact, word-of-mouth, and in collaboration with the marketing department.
  • Work in close collaboration with senior management.
  • Provide reports to management and stakeholders.
  • Research and engage in the market for potential partnerships.
  • Arrange offline and online meetings with clients to drive business development.
  • Maintain positive partners relationships and drive new acquisitions.
  • Manage, monitor, and review business operations.
  • Review and oversee all financial activities, performance, and documentation of the Partners department.
  • Manage the Partners department in daily operations.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or related field; Master's degree is advantageous.
  • Fluent in English (both written and verbal). Fluency in any other languages will be considered as an advantage.
  • Exceptional leadership and management skills.
  • Excellent communication, networking, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong strategic and analytical mindset with exceptional business acumen Ability to manage complex and multiple projects.
  • Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
