On behalf of our client, an established Forex Broker with offices in Limassol and international offices in Australia, we are looking to recruit a Head of Affiliates/Partners. The successful candidate will have previous experience in a senior Affiliate/IB’s role and the ability to head up a department as well as supervise a team of professionals!   • Develop the affiliate marketing and IB strategy with the aim of recruiting new affiliate partners and delivering high sales volume
  • Take complete ownership of the Partnerships programme P&L and ROI
  • Structure and negotiate the terms of each deal (rates & payment schedule)
  • Optimise all aspects of the Partners program through new and established networks
  • Manage partnership relations, communication and recruitment, maximising customer acquisition
  • Enforce prudent approach to the regulatory framework as per the company policies, ethos and ethics in the light of the developments in this dynamic sector
  • Optimise and develop the use of the Company’s own proprietary affiliate and IB portals
  • Maintain direct contact with affiliates and IBs, ensuring excellent service standards
  • Manage, monitor and analyse affiliates and IBs daily to optimise affiliate activities, ROI and aggressively drive sales and program efficiency
  • Run well-conceived marketing tests to help optimise affiliate and IB sales and retention
  • Work closely within marketing to implement marketing campaigns targeted at attracting new affiliates and campaigns to improve retention  
  • Degree in Business, Finance or any other relevant field
  • At least 1 year of experience in a Senior FX Affiliate/IB role within the Forex industry
  • At least 2 years of experience in an Affiliate role within the Forex industry is a must
  • An in-depth knowledge of sales processes in international Affiliates/IB/Partnerships markets
  • Fluent in English language is a must
  • Additional languages will be considered as an advantage
  • Proven track record in previous roles
