A rapidly expanding international company with offices in multiple global locations are looking to recruit a Head of Payment Security for their Larnaca based team. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar role, with a high fluency in English. You will be joining a team of passionate and colleagues from around the world in a centrally located modern office. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Coordinating and managing the PaySec team.
  • Training and supporting the PaySec team and Customer Support Hosts as well as conducting regular performance appraisals.
  • Dealing with escalated customer issues and incident reports.
  • Communicating and coordinating with Management and other departments.
  • Constantly monitoring and analyzing the operating environment.
  • Communicating with players regarding payment issues.
  • Processing payouts.
  • Checking and analyzing gameplay and player accounts and/or documents for irregularities and fraud to determine risk profiles.
  • Checking players’ documents for irregularities and fraud and updating our records accordingly.
  • Understanding and implementing strict compliance security requirements.
  • Being a main point of contact for online payment service providers.
  • Monitoring deposit streams for irregularities and errors.
  • Processing Payment Gizmos and coordinating with our Tech department.
  • Learning about the organization's products and services and keeping up to date with changes.
  • Informing the MLRO officer and responsible gaming specialist about any suspicious transactions.
  • Other related tasks.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in a PaySec function.
  • Knowledge of AML, KYC, and CDD procedures and compliance regulations.
  • Experience in regulatory reporting and fraud analysis.
  • Good work organization.
  • MS Office literacy (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Fluency in verbal and written English (min level C1).
  • A team player mentality.
