On behalf of our client, a successful Real Estate firm based in Limassol, GRS are seeking to recruit a Head of Property Services to join their team.  The successful candidate will have experience in after-sales and property management operations and be fluent in Russian and English. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Ensuring after-sales client service and property maintenance
  • Work and communication with clients, coordination of expenses with the owners
  • Technical support of the sold property, ensuring clients issues are resolved quickly
  • Control & management of contractors and suppliers (maintenance, cleaning, etc.)
  • Providing after-sales service to clients and maintaining relationships with them, client claims management and responsible for client delivery satisfaction
  • Selling extra goods and services to clients
  • Developing programs to attain maximum customer satisfaction
  • Inspection of property (including common areas) for elimination of snags for the purpose of the subsequent delivery of property to clients, leading the snagging process
  • Liaison with project managers for extra works required by clients
  • Order and control of electrical appliances/furniture etc installations included in the specification of the sold property to client satisfaction
  • Documentary signing of delivery acts with clients; maintaining clients database
  • Lead, coach and develop a team to increase performance and contribute in achieving business goals, motivation of team members
  • Implement the high quality processes in apartment buildings management
  • Manage cost and profit of the department, control payments and financial issues
  • Preparation of the necessary reporting to the company management
CANDIDATE PROFILE
  • Higher construction and / or economic education
  • Experience in after sales and property management operations
  • Advanced computer user
  • Work permit for Cyprus
  • Fluent verbal and written English and Russian is a must, Greek is advantage
  • Work permit for Cyprus
