The successful candidate will have working experience in real estate management and be educated in a relevant subject. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Leading the Cyprus team from operations to sales

Lead in PR activities such as public speaking

Provide ideas for new opportunities

Liaise with key stake holders such as banks

Report directly to the board

Be the face of the operation for Cyprus
CANDIDATE PROFILE
-
A Bachelor’s in Real Estate or Real Estate Related Degree
-
Working experience in Real Estate management in Cyprus
-
Knowledge of commercial real estate markets and sectors
-
Qualified RICS is preferable
-
Part of ETEK
-
Strong understanding of Real Estate technology
-
At least 10 years experience within real estate sales or valuation
