A multinational company working with GRS to recruit a Head of Regulatory Compliance & AML for their Larnaca based team. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 5 years’ experience in Compliance with comprehensive AML knowledge. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Ensuring the company is up to date with regulatory requirements and guidelines including AML related matters.

Assisting with updating company procedures and policies where necessary to ensure continued compliance.

Overseeing the onboarding of clients, ensuring proper monitoring of client transactions, activities and handling client complaints.

Reviewing, approving and monitoring company marketing communication for compliance with regulations.

Managing the AML & Compliance Team.

Conducting training and providing advice and guidance regarding compliance and AML related matters to the company and its staff members.

Reporting directly to the senior management giving advice and guidance.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
-
A graduate of Law or Economics.
-
A minimum of 5 years previous experience in Regulatory and AML reporting.

Experience in the Forex or Fintech sector will be considered an advantage.

Relevant qualifications such as CySEC AML will be considered as favorable.

Experience dealing with regulators.

Attention to detail and able to meet tight deadlines.

Able to perform under pressure.
-
Ability to create relevant procedures and processes.
-
Experience in managing a team.
-
High fluency in English with Greek being considered advantageous.
