An international foreign exchange broker, committed to providing reliable services and creating long-term relationships with their traders and partners, are working with GRS to appoint a Russian Speaking Head of RTE as they launch their newly established Limassol office. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 2 years’ previous experience with Reception, Transmission and Execution within the Forex industry, ideally hold the Advanced CySEC certification, and be fluent in both Russian & English. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Coordinating and managing trading desk of the company and ensuring client order execution is in line with company’s policies and procedures.

Setting up procedures and processes for trading-related routine.

Managing MIFIR/EMIR and if required other regulatory reports.

MT4 / 5 administration.

Risk management.
-
Monitoring and analysis of company's order books, trading costs.

Coordinating work with current and potential Liquidity providers, Technology providers

Participating in development, testing and implementation of trading-related software.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
-
University Degree in Finance, Economics, Business or any other relevant field.

A minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar position.

Fluent in both Russian and English.

CySEC Advanced Certificate or prepared to undertake examination.

Experience and knowledge of MT5 / 4 manager & client terminal is a must.

Deep and thorough knowledge and understanding of financial markets.

Knowledge of Bridge and other relevant Plugins.

Best Execution monitoring.

Knowledge of MIFIR/EMIR reporting.

Full understanding of fundamental and technical analysis.

Organized, with attention to detail.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Must be able to take on responsibilities and be team oriented.

Strong analytical and mathematical skills.
