GRS are proud to be working in partnership with an international, dynamic STP Broker in Dubai who are searching for a Head of Sales to drive, deliver and develop the sales team and sales process.  To be successful in this role you must have experience in leading a team and continually increasing sales revenue.   • Integrate the company’s global sales hub and team in order to maximize new business development opportunities
  • Grow the company’s base of client and partner relationships, primarily through IBs, Affiliations and development of a High Value direct clientele
  • Facilitate the sales and pricing process to achieve the Company’s profit objectives by generating trading activity; and maximize new business development opportunities
  • Develop and manage a team in order to contribute to the growth of the targeted markets
Sales duties
  • Develop, maintain and improve business relations mainly with IBs, Affiliates and retail clients
  • Establish a trusted advisor status with existing client and partner relationships and the ability to influence key decision makers by inspiring confidence in winning new institutional accounts
  • Maintain sales volume, product mix, and selling price by keeping current with supply and demand, changing trends, economic indicators, and competitors
  • Prospect the company’s target client and partner databases as well as own personal network of clients and partners to represent the company’s product offering mix
  • Manage the sales process through closure, and once close manage the day-to-day account management of the institutional accounts
  • Develop a team of account managers to help in implementing the Group sales strategy and growth
  • Cross-sell relationship improvement opportunities to existing clients and partners by providing pertinent update information to various divisions of the company, including Prime Brokerage, Asset Management, FX Delivery and IT Solutions
  • Maintain periodic contact with and act as a constant liaison between clients and partners and the rest of the company for various activities (e.g. setting up accounts, facilitating transactions, etc.)
  • Represent the company at conferences, trade fairs and networking events
Partnership development
  • Research and communication with potential partners of the Employer
  • Preparation of partnership documentation
  • Establishment of proper back-office set-up for the partners
  • Service current partners, answering their questions or complaints, providing them with additional materials and information
  • Maintaining a partnership database
  • Reporting to the Executive Director Sales & Business Development
  • Communication & Reporting
  • Build positive and effective internal relationships, with Management, Brokerage, Research, Operation, Marketing, Customer Support and Sales departments
  • Maintain a high level of integrity, honesty, diligence and loyalty
  • Must of lead a Successful Sales Team in an FX brokerage.
  • Experience in the FX/Financial Services industry
  • Possess strong managerial skills
  • Strong communication skills
