GRS Recruitment is excited to be working on behalf of a globally recognised organisation to recruit a dynamic and commercially driven Regional Manager to lead operations across Cyprus and a cluster of established European markets. This is a high-impact leadership role for a strategic thinker who thrives on building relationships, driving growth, and leading high-performing teams in a fast-evolving professional landscape.  You will take full ownership of market performance, leading the execution of regional strategy while identifying new opportunities for growth and innovation. With mature markets under your remit, this role calls for fresh thinking, strong commercial acumen, and the ability to influence at the highest levels. You’ll act as a key ambassador, building trusted relationships with regulators, partners, and senior stakeholders, while positioning the brand as a leader within the profession.
 
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Lead and deliver the market strategy, driving growth, brand positioning, and long-term success
  • Build and strengthen partnerships with employers, education providers, regulators, and industry leaders
  • Own and deliver on KPIs, ensuring strong commercial performance across the region
  • Inspire, coach, and develop a geographically dispersed team, driving engagement and accountability
  • Identify new opportunities and bring innovative thinking to mature markets
  • Act as a credible and confident spokesperson, representing the organisation at industry level
  • Ensure operational excellence, compliance, and effective budget management
CANDIDATE PROFILE
  • Proven senior leadership experience with strong commercial and strategic capability
  • A natural leader and coach who can motivate teams and drive performance
  • Strong background in business development and stakeholder engagement
  • Ability to build trusted relationships at board and regulatory level
  • Highly organised, proactive, and confident in decision-making
  • Comfortable operating in a digital, remote-first environment
  • Fluency in Greek is highly desirable
