A dynamic online marketing company are working with GRS to recruit a Financial Reporting Officer to join their expanding team in Limassol, Cyprus. We are seeking an energetic and personable professional with exceptional communication, and time management skills. The successful candidate will have previous experience in a similar role, comprehensive Excel skills, and a high fluency in Hebrew and English. The prime location of their Limassol office and rewarding culture makes this a great opportunity to join this growing international company as a Financial Reporting Officer.
 
MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Monitoring and managing the organisation's bank and other financial institutions’ relationships, based in the several areas and jurisdictions, including Israel.
  • Ensure alignment of company’s chart of authority with the bank’s access/approval rights.
  • Protection of company funds, securities and financial products.
  • Currency hedging and relevant reporting to the related teams.
  • Safeguard system controls and processes and contribute to further system improvements and capabilities.
  • Daily funds management and cash position reporting at Group level.
  • Manage and administer the debit/credit card schemes and e-wallet accounts of the Group.
  • Regular and ad-hoc reporting to all stakeholders.
  • Monitoring of foreign currency exposure and manage the hedging of existing and future cash flows to cover currency needs across the Group.
  • Processing of treasury transactions in the ERP.
  • Identify and implement cost saving initiatives for financing costs.
  • Regularly monitoring the completeness and accuracy of treasury data.
  • Supporting the month end process in treasury area and where necessary.
  • Deliver a high standard of service and support to the rest of the Finance team and other company functions.
 
CANDIDATE PROFILE
  • Degree in accounting, finance, or in a related field.
  • Previous experience in a financial reporting related role.
  • Fully fluent in both English and Hebrew.
  • Analytical and investigative skills.
  • Providing concise and accurate reports and analysis.
  • Computer literate, with good Excel and MS Office skills.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Highly organized and detail oriented.
