The successful candidate will be provided with opportunities to engage with a wide range of compliance matters and monitoring functions within a fast-moving industry.   • Monitor recorded calls daily.
  • Monitor the quality and type of communication delivered to Clients.
  • Monitor whether external communication complies with regulatory requirements and internal procedures.
  • Track and identify key issues and report them with feedback to the Head of the Compliance Department
  • Perform any other related duties as requested by the Direct Supervisor or the Management.
  • Evaluate Call Quality based on the company's Standard Operating Procedures
  • Prepare monitoring reports and submit them to the Compliance Function.
  • Provide risk assessments of various scenarios.
  • Promote and maintain high standards of conduct.
  • Keep up-to-date records and files.
  • Any other ad-hoc requested
  • Translate when needed and deemed necessary – not only related to call monitoring.
  • Fluency in Hebrew and English, both written and verbal
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Previous experience within the Compliance Department of a Financial Institution will be considered as an advantage.
  • BA in Law or Economics and Finance will be considered an advantage.
  • High integrity of character
  • Call Centre experience is preferred.
  • Sales or Customer Support oriented
  • Be a good listener and able to maintain confidentiality.
