A leading Legal Firm are looking for a Hospitality Administrator to assist the Operations Manager in the running of Front Desk and Back-Office Administration. The candidate must be responsible and able to work in a team with exceptional clerical skills. The ideal candidate will be educated to a minimum O Level standard and able to perform well in a fast-paced environment. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Handle general administration work to support other departments.
  • Manage assigned tasks and conduct errands to ensure operational continuity.
  • Manage front desk tasks
  • Meet and greet clients and all visitors to ensure their needs are met, and expectations are exceeded, in a timely and a professional manner.
  • Maintain client areas to the highest standard
  • Monitor board rooms to guarantee they are well kept and always replenished.
  • Call Taking
  • Open / Close Reception
  • Book Incoming & Outgoing Couriers
  • Petty Cash Management 
  • Handle of Administrative Stocks Procurement and the respective process. 
  • Co-ordination of Routine schedules for Property Maintenance (e.g. Lift, First Aid, etc)
CANDIDATE PROFILE
  • Organised with good verbal and nonverbal communication skills
  • Client oriented
  • Computer Literate and proficient use of Microsoft Office 
  • Minimum O Level Standard
