On behalf of our client, an elegantly established hotel, GRS are seeking to recruit a Hotel Manager to join their continuously expanding team in Ayia Napa. The successful candidate will have at least 3 years of experience as a Hotel Manager.   • Accountable for administration of hotel operations and the implementation of service standards to maximize guest and employee satisfaction
  • Responsible for rate and room inventory management across all hotel systems (Booking.com, Expedia, AirBnB, etc.)
  • Implement and maintain existing procedures to ensure operational compliance
  • Perform daily and weekly review of timesheets for overtime control and conformity to schedule
  • Oversee training for all new employees
  • Coordinate all employee orientation and training utilizing approved job descriptions, employee manual, new hire checklist, adopted training material and proficiency tests
  • Monitor progress and ongoing service standards of all employees. Perform periodic performance reviews
  • Assist and train employees on the property management system
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to maximize efficiency of operations
  • Organize and implement periodic employee meetings to evaluate overall effectiveness of communication, training employee development
  • Manage software and hardware maintenance and upgrades for hotel operations
  • Ability to actively supervise up to 25 employees
  • University Degree in Hospitality Management, or any other relevant field
  • At least three years of relevant experience
  • Excellent command of the English and Greek languages, both written and spoken
  • Excellent knowledge of MS office suite (Word and Excel)
  • Exceptional reporting and communication skills
  • Can do and customer centric attitude
  • Good time management skills and ability to work under pressure
