MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Actively participate in the recruitment cycle which includes the preparation of vacancy ads for various roles, schedule interviews, follow up with all applicants etc.
  • Organizing and monitoring employee trainings.
  • Ensure electronic and paper – based personnel files are maintained.
  • Ensure holiday /sickness / absence records for all employees are recorded in the internal system and kept up to date, with records maintained in personal files.
  • Organize and monitor the Company’s training plan. Update records.
  • Keep up to date the global employee database.
  • Assist the HR Manager in the Annual Performance review process, including scheduling reviews, managing the database and production of communications to employees.
  • Managing offboarding of employees with people leaders.
  • General administrative tasks as needed.
 
CANDIDATE PROFILE
  • University graduate in Human Resources or any other relevant field.
  • Up to 1 year of experience in a similar role will be considered an advantage.
  • Excellent time management skills, able to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Highly organized and disciplined approached to administration and record keeping.
  • Fluency in English – both verbal and written.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure.
  • Knowledge of MS Office.
  • High level of integrity and confidentiality.
