A well-established international gaming company are working with GRS to recruit a HR & Recruitment Officer to join their Limassol office. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in a recruitment role. The team believe in building solid relations with their partners and customers, and regularly invest in product development in order to satisfy their customers’ needs. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Assist and participate in recruitment and selection for all lines of business
  • Dealing with queries from applicants, new starters and hiring managers with a customer focus approach.
  • Communicate with Recruitment Agencies and external recruitment providers to find new means of collaboration after the approval of Senior HR Officer and/or Group HR Director.
  • Deal with a high volume of roles at the same time.
  • Researching for new tools and industry trends.
  • Conduct interviews with shortlisted candidates and prepare case studies.
  • Focus on headhunting through LinkedIn.
  • Help with onboarding of new employees across Cyprus.
  • Ensuring up to date knowledge regarding employment law or any other regulation related to recruiting such as GDPR.
  • Constantly update the full recruitment cycle from start to finish.
  • Work on aspects of Organizational Development and Change Management.
  • Knowledge in onboarding and compliance processes and policies.
  • Collaborate and work closely with the rest of the HR team in regard to recruiting cycle and other recruiting tasks
  • Participate in HR Projects as these will be assigned by the Group HR Director and/or the Senior HR Officer.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
  • Relevant degree in Human Resources.
  • Proven 2-3 years’ work experience in a recruitment role.
  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills, with a confident and positive personality.
  • Having attention to detail, problem solving skills and service orientation would be considered an advantage.
  • Have strong organizational and time management skills, able to prioritize across different tasks and meet deadlines as per business objectives.
  • Fluency in English & Greek language is a requirement. Additional languages will be considered an advantage.
  • Computer literate including proficiency in the use of MS Office.
