On behalf of our client, a well-established and well-known analytics company, GRS are recruiting a HR & Recruitment Partner to join the team in Larnaca. We are looking for an ambitious professional with previous experience in recruiting, ideally in a fast-paced environment, who has the drive to lead the transformation of the company from a start-up to a world-class people business. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Recruiting

  • Develop sourcing strategies for pipeline requirements.

  • Produce engaging adverts on social platforms and the ATS system to attract the best candidates.

  • Identify and engage unique and/or passive candidates through creative sourcing techniques.

  • Review shortlisted candidates to ensure they are of the right calibre before submission to the Hiring Managers.

  • Provide a first-class candidate experience to each and every candidate.

  • Liaise with the relevant function to hand over candidates for onboarding and monitor progress to start date.

HR

  • Setup the onboarding process.

  • Optimise the employee NPS survey and track follow-up activities.

  • Collaborate with our Training Lead to setup a development plan by taking advantage of company’s extensive Training Academy.

CANDIDATE PROFILE

  • University degree in HR or any other relevant filed

  • Excellent command of the English and Greek language

  • At least 3 years in a similar role

  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel

  • Extensive sourcing experience gained within a search firm or internal recruiting team.

  • Experience developing and executing candidate generation and research techniques.

  • Experience screening resumes to match qualifications.

  • Experience approaching passive candidates.

  • Deep understanding of candidate care and balancing process with candidate experience.

  • Full cycle recruiting experience across multiple tech/product disciplines.

  • Experience setting-up the HR function on a start-up.
