One of the world’s largest financial services companies are working with GRS to recruit a HR Assistant to join their rapidly expanding Limassol operation. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 6 months previous experience in HR administration.   • Handle operational tasks for HR activities such as onboarding, new employees orientation etc.
  • Proactively identify organizational needs and offer HR solutions.
  • Take part in various projects to improve our HR infrastructures, workflows, training, and onboarding plans etc.
  • Deliver and implement HR programs and policies, aligned with business strategy and priorities.
  • Analyze data trends and metrics to inform business decisions.
  • Deliver and implement HR programs and policies, aligned with business strategy and priorities.
  • Assist in the planning and implementation of company events and welfare programs
  • Planning employee training, implementing the requirements and keeping the required records.
  • Replacement for the office manager when needed
  • A minimum of 6 months previous HR administration experience.
  • Qualification in Administration, HR or any other related field will be considered as an advantage.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • IT literate with proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
  • Fully fluent in English with any additional language being advantageous.
  • Team-player and able to work under pressure.
  • Friendly and polite personality.
