On behalf of our client, a very well-known Food Manufacturing Company based in Malta, supplying the Middle East, Africa and the Indian sub-continent with its diversified products, and registered in the London Stock Exchange, GRS are seeking to recruit a HR Business Partner. This is an excellent opportunity to work within a modern, dynamic, and forward-looking company dedicated to developing new products for the FMCG industry.   • Organise, design and deliver strategy
  • Recruitment and Rewards Sectional Partnering
  • Employee Relations & Talent Development Sectional Partnering
  • Work with teams, managers, and key stakeholders to help build organisation and people capability
  • Responsible for the people agenda within the Company’s Industrial / Operational Area
  • Develop meaningful relationships with key people in their business area, and other people teams in the organisation.
  • Ideally a HR Generalist, will report to the Head of HR.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or Psychology or other related course of studies
  • Minimum of 2-3 years business partnering experience in a similar position preferably within the FMCG Manufacturing sector.
  • Aggregate 3 years of previous specialist experience in the fields of Recruitment, Compensation & Benefits Management, Organisation Design and Talent Development
  • Strong knowledge of HR Processes and Policies
  • Solid knowledge of employment legislation and Industrial relations
  • Knowledge of HRMS and office software
