MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Organise, design and deliver strategy

Recruitment and Rewards Sectional Partnering

Employee Relations & Talent Development Sectional Partnering

Work with teams, managers, and key stakeholders to help build organisation and people capability

Responsible for the people agenda within the Company’s Industrial / Operational Area

Develop meaningful relationships with key people in their business area, and other people teams in the organisation.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
-
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or Psychology or other related course of studies
-
Minimum 2-3 years of business partnering experience in a similar position preferably within the FMCG Manufacturing sector.

3 years previous specialist experience in the fields of Recruitment, Compensation & Benefits Management, Organisation Design and Talent Development
-
Strong knowledge of HR Processes and Policies
-
Solid knowledge of employment legislation and Industrial relations
-
Knowledge of HRMS and office software
