A growing, international real estate and investment company is currently looking for an HR Business Partner to join the team in their Paphos-based offices. The successful candidate will have proven experience within recruitment or HR in Cyprus and have extensive knowledge of the HR/labour market and policies in Cyprus. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Recruitment of different positions
- Solve organizational issues related to employment
- Draw up and sign employment contracts
- Conduct adaptation activities for new employees
- Participate in HR projects (training, personnel surveys etc)
- Work in close partnership with senior management
CANDIDATE PROFILE
- A confident MS Office user
- Work experience as a recruiter or HR in Cyprus
- Practical knowledge of 1C: UPP is an advantage
- Knowledge of the labour market and the specifics of finding employees in Cyprus
- Knowledge of the labour legislation in Cyprus is a great advantage
- Fluent English is a must
- Knowledge of Russian or/and Greek is an advantage
- Must have the right to work in Cyprus
