Our client has an excellent reputation in the market and are currently looking to recruit a HR Business Manager to join their head office in Limassol. The successful candidate will offer solid experience with business partnering in Tech, partnering with CTOs and Tech leads plus have experience working on EVP and strategy. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES
  • Act as the channel between HR and the CTO directorate to inform and help shape the HR strategy and priorities alignment with the business
  • Build a trusting relationship with the client group, understanding the business, challenges, and goals to steer the people plan
  • Help to embed strategic HR initiatives, policy and process across the directorate
  • As an active member of the directorate leadership team, contribute towards the development and delivery of the directorate strategic goals; carry out analysis and diagnostics, and design interventions for the leadership team
  • Leverage the wider HR team subject matter experts and operations team in the delivery of strategic and tactical HR interventions, including re-orgs and change management
  • Act as the directorate lead for strategic HR support and delivery covering the full spectrum of the employee Lifecyle, including:
  • Talent Management (attraction, retention, performance, succession) - main focus is to build management and team capability, talent review, succession planning and career pathing; and ensure that we continually strengthen the pipeline of talent
  • Workforce Planning and role design
  • Reward and Recognition, Wellbeing and Engagement
  • Manage complex level ER issues within the directorate
  • Provide leadership and management coaching and support
  • Champion engagement as a key driver of performance and help the leadership team develop appropriate plans to build engagement and the directorate EVP
  • Champion new culture and aim to enable our employees to have the freedom to succeed through our LEAP values
  • Contribute to / lead on HR projects as may be required.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
  • Extensive experience in a similar role, preferably within FinTech, Financial Services or Tech
  • Experience of developing and managing key change initiatives and strategic work
  • A strong strategic and commercial focus in your experience, with demonstrable business performance improvements, as a strong, resilient, and credible business partner
  • Strong and effective stakeholder relationship management, establishing trust with the leadership team through the professionalism and gravitas required for the role
  • Ability to highlight how local topics fit into the bigger picture, communicating with clarity and impact
  • Exceptional listening skills and ability to relate to, influence, and coach employees of all levels
  • Intellectual curiosity to bring new insights to the business, preferably in a multicultural environment
  • Ability to work independently, as an active member of both business and HR teams
  • A creative and forward-thinking approach to HR
  • Comfort in working with data, analysis and managing projects
  • Good experience with handling ER cases
  • A drive for improvement, delivery focussed and taking personal responsibility for targets
  • Experience working with challenging client groups and stakeholders at the Director level
  • Ability to juggle being hands-on and strategic, resourceful, and agile, in a fast paced, complex and global matrix environment
  • Fluency in English (Russian speaking skills would be advantageous)
  • BA degree or equivalent professional experience / CIPD qualification
