On behalf of our client, GRS are recruiting a HR Coordinator to join an exciting newly established Brokerage based in Limassol. The successful candidate will have the 1-2 years of experience in a similar post and be fluent in English.  If you have the skills required and are interested in the role, then this HR Coordinator position would be a great opportunity to advance your career in HR and to work in a company who believe in building long term relationships.
 
MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Handle the whole recruitment process including advertising company’s open vacancies through all relevant channels, review and handle candidates’ applications and schedule interviews
  • Dealing with the whole cycle of recruitment
  • Collaborating with local/ international companies/ governmental bodies
  • Handle new employee onboarding including assisting in the migration procedure when needed
  • Organize and manage new employee orientation, in house onboarding, and training programs
  • Maintain employee records and ensure all employee paperwork are up to date and employment requirements are met
  • Handle the administrative part of company benefits
  • Explain and provide information on employee benefits, programs, and wellbeing and support any other related functions
  • Represent employer in community and recruiting events
  • Report and reassure employee concerns involving employee safety, welfare, wellness and health
  • Report to the Senior Managers of the Department
  • Daily coordination with the Finance Department 
  • Schedule and coordinate trainings, induction and/or any other HR events
  • Handling holidays and organizing events, such as happy hours company events, etc.
  • Assisting with other office tasks that may be required
 
CANDIDATE PROFILE
  • 1-2-year experience in a Human Resources position, ideally within the Finance industry 
  • Bachelor's degree or diploma in Human Resource Management will be considered an advantage
  • Experience with recruiting channels such as LinkedIn, ergodotisi etc.
  • Knowledge of the Cyprus migration procedures will be considered an advantage
  • Strong user of MS Office tools
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to handle data with confidentiality
  • Able to work on own initiative with excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a multi-cultural environment
  • Fluent in English (both written and verbal). Fluency in an additional language will be considered an advantage 
  • A degree in Human Resources will be considered an advantage
  • Knowledge of BambooHR will be considered an advantage
