GRS Recruitment are working in partnership with a well known brand in Limassol who are searching for a talented and organized HR Generalist to join the team. For this role we are searching for an individual with a solid knowledge of Cyprus Labor law and a fluency in the Russian language. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Recruitment for the Company. Full spectrum
  • Staff related workflow and related matters
  • Holding exit interviews
  • Full induction of new hires.
  • Probation periods monitoring
  • Monitoring of employment contracts durations and terms. Exercising adherence of the employment contracts to the legislation of Cyprus for the protection of interests of the Company.
  • Work with service agreements (PSAs) with regards to service staff as well as monitoring and finding solutions to visa/permits related matters (including support from the security/analytical team)
  • Access management control and overseeing the Company staff
  • Hardware and software availability control for the Company staff as well as working places availability control in the office
  • Monitoring of correct accounting of annual leave days balance, sick leave days balance, etc.
  • Monitoring and control of flexible working hours
  • Overseeing proper approvals and accounting with regards to business trips, including CEO calendar updates with regards to such trips.
  • Development, approval, and adherence control of Company handbook.
  • Informing the Company staff regarding annual meetings with the Director and any other similar meetings.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
  • Solid experience within a similar role
  • Strong knowledge of Cyprus Labor Law and Migration Law
  • Knowledge of operational and recruitment HRIS systems
  • Attention to details
  • Fluency in Russian and English languages 
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Goal oriented attitude
