MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance and employee relations.
- Oversee payroll, benefits, leave and HR administration.
- Ensure compliance with Cyprus employment legislation and Social Insurance requirements.
- Partner with Store Managers and senior management on staffing and HR matters.
- Support workforce planning, salary reviews, training and employee engagement.
- Monitor key HR metrics and maintain accurate, confidential employee records.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
- 5+ years' HR experience, ideally within Retail, FMCG or a multi-site environment.
- Strong knowledge of Cyprus employment law and payroll.
- Hands-on experience in recruitment and employee relations.
- Commercial, practical and solutions-focused approach.
- Excellent Greek and English communication skills.
- HR/payroll systems experience is an advantage.
SALARY AND BENEFITS
- €30,000 - €40,000 Gross Per Annum.
- Salary will be determined based on experience, qualifications, and skills. The advertised salary range is indicative, any offer will reflect the successful candidate’s suitability.
