A successful Construction Firm that offer a wide range of services for the Real Estate industry are working with GRS to recruit a HR Manager for their Limassol office. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 3 years’ experience as a HR Manager and be experienced in managing people. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Monitor the entire process of recruitment from start to finish
  • Monitoring time schedules on a regular basis
  • Updating, analysing and monitoring employees’ records
  • Handling various incidents involving staff
  • Preparing all documents for newcomers, and registration
  • Conduct exit interviews to understand why people leave in order to improve the firm
  • Harmonize and develop the Human Resources Policies and Procedures that support the Company’s business strategy
  • Coordinate staff welfare and corporate community involvement
  • Reporting directly to the Managing Director and liaise with relevant Statutory Labour Law
  • Implement Human Resources strategies that will proactively enhance the Company’s ability to attracts, develop and retain the best talent on the market
CANDIDATE PROFILE
  • Strong communication, interpersonal and people management skill
  • A minimum of 3 years’ experience in a senior managerial position
  • A relevant degree
  • Experience in preparing HR Manuals and Job Descriptions
  • Experienced in managing people is an advantage
