MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Closely coordinate with the VP HR of in order to set up internal processes related to Recruitment and make sure of the policy awareness within the company

Responsible for the whole recruitment cycle of new employees within the company

Responsible for the training and coaching of future HR Recruitment Officers within the team
-
Resolving conflicts by maintaining a positive and professional mediation
-
Carrying out necessary administrative tasks as part of the role
-
Conducting performance and wage reviews in collaboration with the line managers
-
Creating and maintaining recruitment reports, as well as reports related to relocated employees
-
Handling disciplinary and termination procedures
-
Conducting interviews and exit interviews, when necessary
-
Maintaining employee and workplace privacy
CANDIDATE PROFILE
-
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology or in any other equivalent degree
-
3+ years of previous working experience in a similar role, preferably within the Financial Industry
-
Fluency in English, both written and verbal. Fluency in any additional language will be considered an advantage
-
Excellent command of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.)

Experienced in conflict resolution

Professionalism and integrity of character

Ability to work in a fast-paced and challenging environment
