GRS Recruitment are recruiting on behalf of a global Dynamic, diverse group of companies offering services worldwide to private companies and governments.  They are currently seeking an experienced HR Manager to be based in their Limassol, Cyprus office and covering their staff and project contractors in a vast range of countries.  If you meet the below criteria and are keen to evolve in a role on an international scale then send us your CV today!
 
 
MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Strategically partner the Business Units by providing support in performance management, employee relations, recruitment and selection, succession planning and the end-to-end life cycle of an employee.
  • Administer and manage the Managers and UK government contracts.
  • Managing the day-to-day operations around recruitment, human resources, client and contractor interaction.
  • Travel arrangements
  • Financial management of the contract which includes invoicing and budget management.
  • Act as the nominated Contract Representative to the UK Government contract taking responsibility for all aspects of contract management for the client(s) including quality assurance.
  • Represent the company in the UK as and when required by management which includes attending quarterly meetings in London.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
  • A Formal qualification in Human Resources/Administration at Degree level or equivalent with relevant experience support.
  • Project Management/PRINCE 2 qualification or equivalent.
  • Understanding of working with a UK Government Organisation.
  • Management skills –leadership, analytical, decisive but consultative; capable of innovative thinking and managing change.
  • Commercial skills – commercially astute with sufficient understanding of budgets, linking the strategic direction of human resources and manning budgets
  • Communication skills – first class oral and written English communication skills; development and ongoing review of policies that reflect the business operations to achieve compliance and consistency.
  • Strong inter-personal skills – capable of negotiating effectively
  • Administrative Skills – strong organizational and administrative skills
  • Recruitment and Selection – end to end cycle of recruitment and selection activities aimed at attracting a high standard of candidates to build company strength.
  • Ability to travel.
  • Experience in a senior HR role with previous management experience of sub-ordinates to drive consistent HR support in an international environment
  • Must be a holder of a British passport and able to travel frequently to London
  • Clear criminal record and medically fit.
  • Previous experience with performance management cycles, including reviews, 360 degree feedback, disciplinary matters.
  • Understanding of local laws in the UK and other international countries.
  • Previous experience with the end to end recruitment and selection of employees and contractors.
