A market leader in global financial services and next-generation multi-channel trading software systems, are working with GRS to recruit a HR Manager to join their rapidly expanding Nicosia operation. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Manage the recruitment and onboarding process of new employees.

Maintain employee records and relevant databases up to date.

Arrange employee trainings and maintain relevant records up to date.

Implement performance management tools and processes.
-
Manage employee benefits and act as the point of contact to external providers.

Prepare monthly payroll changes.
-
Prepare regular and ad hoc reports, as required by management, external auditors, and local authorities.

Handle grievances and disciplinary processes, in cooperation with management.

Manage the employee offboarding process.
-
Ensure compliance with local labour legislation.

Undertake any other relevant tasks as assigned by management.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
-
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or other related field.

At least 5 years of experience in a similar role.

Excellent knowledge of Greek and English, both verbal and written.

Computer literacy.
-
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Self-motivated with an ability to work autonomously.

Ability to multi-task.

Work ethic.
